Deciding to seek out therapy can be difficult and making a connection with the right person even more so. I began working in the field at 16 for an afterschool program at an outside placement school, things progressed from there. From then to now I completed a BS in Business and an MEd in Counseling & School Adjustment, I obtained an LCMHC in NH and LMHC in MA. I have worked with individuals, couples and families in many settings including schools, residential programs, detention settings, office settings and in the community.
My main focus is with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, school issues, substance and dual diagnosis, conflictual relationships, parenting, sexual orientation, gender identity, anger management, court involvement and custody issues.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and I work to develop a plan with you to address your specific needs.
