I am unique because I work with children and adults. I work with littles and support them to build stronger, healthier, and more attached connections with parents. I am passionate about working with adults that have courageously stepped forward to heal unresolved trauma. I have experience with how trauma impacts the whole self and remains stored in our very being. I see through a lens of parts of ourselves and support clients to learn to embody Self energy and build compassion relationships with their parts.
I work well with clients who are looking for a warm and empathetic and straightforward style of feedback. I enjoy working with clients who are open to challenging themselves and are willing to be vulnerable within the therapeutic space.
Building therapeutic rapport and creating a collaborative relationship are among the most important aspects of therapy. A client working with me may not jump right into what is traditionally considered “therapy”. I allow my clients to decide if the environment I have created feels safe with the goal of providing time and space to heal.
