My therapeutic focus is building your emotional wellness by recognizing the skills you already have and providing new coping skills to take with you throughout your life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, and self-esteem issues. I focus on the connection of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I deeply enjoy working with adults and young adults. I have a history of forging therapeutic relationships based on respect and empathy and creating a calming atmosphere of dignity and healing.
Everyone needs to lean on someone every now and then. People who have a strong support network are more capable of overcoming challenges in their lives and are able to achieve emotional wellness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorders, PTSD, and grief.
