I provide couples sessions and family mediations. Thank you for reading my profile. I know it is not easy to take this step in your relationship/partnership or family. The nitty-gritty-I can provide Zoom, in office or in home sessions (in the Boulder County area, outside of the area may include a transportation fee). My fee is $180 (90 minutes) for an initial session and $165 for follow up sessions (75 minute) The initial couples session includes a Gottman Relationship Check up assessment. This thorough assessment can help tease out the goals we will work on in treatment. Please reach out for a free 20 minute Zoom consult.
Raise awareness of yourselves and how you “relate” with one another, by highlighting patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that do or do not work for your relationship. Increase mindfulness to living more in the present moment, Help decrease or abstain from habits (thinking or behavioral) that impeded the relationship with yourself and your partner.
My approach to all my work is holisitic and biopsychosocially based.
Healing involves integrating practices globally throughout your life, not just making tiny changes where symptoms present themselves. What you do in between sessions is as important as what you do in sessions! I do best with people flexible and willing to work with their shortcomings :)
