I am trained and certified in several evidence based approaches including Trauma-Focused CBT for children, Individual CBT for adults, family systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Seeking Safety, MAP, Triple P Teen, and Crisis Oriented Recovery Services. I have treated individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing symptoms of depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD and traumatic disorders, ADHD, grief and loss, and life transitions.
