Accepting new clients with two openings for adult interpersonal group therapy. Let's figure this out together. I believe that psychotherapy is a space where you can access your most authentic self and unapologetically be you. As a psychologist, I create a safe space and the connection needed to activate the pathways to healing. I invite you to stay present with your emotions and strengthen your self-compassion regardless of the challenges you are facing. The LGBTQIA+ community is affirmed at my practice. I use integrated therapeutic techniques including psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also incorporate evidence-based mindfulness therapy into individual treatment. I run two "here and now" process groups with Catherine Grothus, LPC for those looking to improve relational connections and share the emotional stories of their lives.
Finally, I encourage new parents, early, mid and late career professionals and those struggling with grief to learn how to manage your struggles with the mindfulness-based approach that I provide. I regularly treat individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, panic disorder, grief, depression and social anxiety.

This virtual group is for introspective adults who wish to deepen connection and belonging in their worlds. This is a "Here and Now" process group and will allow members to work on expressing their emotions in the moment in relation to group members. This group will be led by two group therapists. Group members are expected to commit for at least 6 months and will be pre-screened prior to group for fit.

General process groups geared towards 20/30s year-olds who are motivated to work on their relationships – with self, partners, professional, friends, and family. This is an inclusive group that has a diversity of race, gender and sexual orientations. The goal of this group is for members to find a way to be able to let go of shame, self-blame and to find connection and commonality. No matter the road that brought each member to this group, we hope to create a safe space where one can show up just as they are. Topics: Romantic partnership, Self perception, Trauma
