Is stress feeling more and more like a common everyday battle? So often we find ourselves struggling with anxious thoughts, self-sabotaging, and grappling with self-esteem issues, especially while we are trying to adjust to big life transitions. We go through so many changes throughout our lives, changes in relationships, changes in school, a new job, transitioning to staying home with your children, or balancing work life and parenting, puberty, perimenopause, menopause, adjustment to illness, or the pressures of caregiving. I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents as they adjust to these life changes.
I specialize in working with people through all those life transitions, whether it is school or work changes, relationship changes, or life stage changes. Adjusting and navigating can be tricky, and my hope is to create a safe environment to support you throughout your process.
