I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Romulus, NY. I see clients virtually and also in person at my countryside backyard office. I work with youth and adults who have various reasons for coming to therapy including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life changes, PTSD, and complex PTSD. I utilize a blended relational approach primarily of Internal Family Systems and EMDR.I believe in the importance of fostering a genuine human connection. Helping clients feel safe, comfortable, related-to and empowered.
I work with youth and adults who have various reasons for coming to therapy including; anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, life changes, PTSD, complex PTSD, neurodivergence, and chronic illness (invisible illnesses).
