I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have specialized expertise in anxiety and family systems. My clinical work is grounded in evidenced-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). During care, I give ample attention to the family system as I have found understanding the context in which one lives provides insight for how to optimize symptom reduction and enhance overall functioning.
I served on the faculty at University of Colorado's School of Medicine for over 10 years, providing services at UCHealth and Children's Hospital. I am now exclusively in private practice utitlizing telehealth sessions via video-conferencing.
I strive to be warm and welcoming and hope to build a connection based on trust so that our time together is helpful, collaborative, and productive. Please don't hesitate to schedule a free phone consultation with me. I look forward to speaking with you!
