Helping people discover that life can be different is rewarding - whether it's struggles at school or work, depression, self harm, anxiety, a life stressor, or a past traumatic event - we can tackle it and help you (or your child) re-write or edit this story.

You have the power to change- sometime we just need creative solutions. Having a flexible style has helped my clients make the progress they want. I am trained and use techniques from ACT, CBT, EMDR, and ERP therapies- and incorporate these with traditional talk therapy, play therapy, family therapy. I also can help with an ADHD evaluation/diagnosis.

I want to be your partner - you don’t have to figure this out alone. We will explore what has happened and what skills, behaviors, coping skills or inner strengths you need to achieve your goals. I am trained in CBT, ERP, and EMDR. and incorporate these with traditional talk therapy or play therapy.
