I provide therapy for individual, marital, couple, and parent/child relationship problems. I help clients resolve issues involving anxiety, anger, depression, life transitions, performance enhancement, career challenges, and unresolved family of origin concerns. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children for the past 25 years.
In individual therapy, you will explore your concerns and goals in a confidential and supportive environment. Together we will work to develop effective means for you to manage anxiety, anger, and stress, heal emotional wounds, and resolve issues from the past that are impacting your current life. You will learn more constructive ways to communicate with others and get your needs met, regain a sense of hope for self and life, improve parenting or other intimate/social relationship skills, and bolster self-esteem and confidence.
In couple therapy, you will gain the tools needed to build stronger and more satisfying relationships, resolve parenting issues, and work/life balance. I am especially effective at divorce prevention and helping couples resolve infidelity issues. I am committed to helping couples stay together. If you have angry arguments in your marriage, you will learn concrete ways to avoid getting angry in the first place. If you have had infidelity in your marriage, you will gain the skills needed to repair your relationship, communication, and trust.
