I also help parents that feel they are not understanding how to parent their child. I have worked with many families over the years and helped repair relationships and "translate" behavioral issues into meaningful interventions. I can also provide individual counseling to address personal issues.
I specialize in Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security Parenting, Families Moving Forward Program (for families with children with prenatal alcohol exposure), and Cognitive Behavioral services for adults.
Circle of Security teaches us that our children don't come with a manual, but they are the manual. It can still be hard to understand what they are telling us, but it can be decoded and I can help.
