I am trained in effective modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Performance Interventions, and Christian Counseling.
I am also a Performance Consultant. I am trained in Coaching and Sport & Performance Psychology. My passion is to empower individuals, athletes, coaches, executives, organizations and teams to reach their greatest potential. I am available to meet privately in my office or through FaceTime & Skype.
For my higher profile clients, I can provide off-site sessions and customized intensives to help accommodate clients who may travel extensively or have public lifestyles which make it difficult to schedule during regular business hours.
