I specialize in working with the "high-functioning" person who looks like they have it all together but feels like they’re running on an empty tank. Most of my clients come to me because they’re dealing with burnout, relationship friction, or the exhaustion of navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ or neurodivergent adult.
I bring my authentic and direct self to every session. In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an adjunct professor at Naropa University, where I teach the next generation of therapists how to facilitate deep, relational growth.
