Whether your depression and anxiety are of recent or long-ago origin, I will help you to form a new relationship with your circumstances and trauma. I do not have a plan for you until you and I co-create it. Only you know what a better life would look like for you. I have extensive training in EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, Energy Psychology (EFT/TFT,) and Mindfulness. I will help you to change old patterns of thought and behavior as we collaborate on your recovery.
I also work with people dealing with abuse issues, PTSD, anger, panic and performance fears. My clients and I have found it extremely useful to find ways to deal with invalidating people, bullies and communication problems in their workplace, families or primary relationships. Short term work will be our focus. LGBT sensitive.
