Most people who find their way to my practice have already done some version of the work. They've been in therapy. They've read the books. They've tried to think their way through what happened to them. And something still hasn't shifted. That's not a failure of effort. It's a sign that the healing needs to go somewhere words alone can't reach. Many who find my practice are navigating sex addiction or betrayal trauma, complex trauma, spiritual harm, or codependency, and what they share is a readiness to try something that goes deeper than talking.

I'm a LPC with a PhD in Counselor Education and advanced certifications in Somatic Experiencing and sex addiction treatment. My work is body-based, relational, and paced to what your nervous system can actually hold. Using Somatic Experiencing as the primary framework, we follow what your body is already doing rather than pushing through material.
