About
Seeking professional help when “life happens” can be a challenging step to take. A positive step, regardless! Nonetheless, you can anticipate a safe, comfortable, and trusting atmosphere where you will have the freedom to express yourself at your own pace. As a therapist working with individuals and families, my objective is to collaborate with you, in a manner that best fits your wants, needs, aspirations, and preferences.
We will work towards empowerment and motivation to identify strengths and build upon/ modify preexisting skills to help you with achieving your goals, alleviate challenges and/ or any symptoms, while seeking relief and balance.
Through collaborative exploration, we will identify courses of action to assist you with what it is needed to propel you forward from where you are and where you want to be. During our first session, we will work on building rapport and identifying chief complaint(s) so that future goals may be established. Let’s get started!
