In our first session, you just need to show up and tell your story. I will ask questions to prompt a deeper level of thinking and will challenge perspectives that may have kept you stuck. Together we will come up with goals and a plan of action. I use CBT and other cognitive tools to get at disruptive thinking patterns, and somatic therapies like EMDR to target our subconscious, core beliefs.
