I have over twenty five years of experience. I am licensed in NY, CT and FL. Areas of specialty include post-traumatic stress disorder, Complex PTSD, relational trauma, and populations including women and college students. Certified EMDR therapist, offering IFS informed EMDR therapy and trauma-informed therapy approaches.

Therapy can feel intimidating or unfamiliar. Clients report experiencing a connection, making progress and doing the work! In session, there is space for difficult emotions, but also laughter, reflection and support. The relationship in therapy is unique and one that I feel honored to be a part of.
