In that process we work together to focus on the coping skills and solutions that lead to greater life satisfaction. I am passionate about helping clients achieve greater confidence, self-awareness and balance through authentic and connected living.
I draw from various psycho-therapeutic modalities. My general approach is client-centered with CBT/DBT focus on coping skills. I rely on Emotion Focused therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma & attachment issues. Also provide Neurofeedback.
