Rather than staying stuck in the past or spiraling into “what ifs,” we focus on what will help you feel better now — and how to sustain that mindset.
Life is about perspective. Helping clients break free of their negativity bias helps them work through every day struggles with a fresh perspective. We all need a sensitive ear from time to time to listen to our struggles. Through the approach I give to clients, I not only provide that sensitive ear, but help develop tools to manage whatever life gives.
