I have always felt drawn to and passionate about maternal mental health issues. I feel that their is so much we don’t openly talk about and so many women suffer in silence. The pressure we are faced with can be overwhelming and it seems like all the advice you get is contradicting. I am here to tell you, you deserve support on this journey, you do not have to do this alone. My hope is I can hold space for you and together we can work on the goals you have for yourself.
My approach to therapy is to meet clients where they are. I utilize various modalities, including techniques from Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health .
I have been in practice since 2009 and worked in various mental health settings. Including outpatient mental health centers, schools and with the military.
