I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio with over 14 years of experience. I have had experience and training in working with clients who have a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, childhood disorders, teenage issues, family systems.

My counseling style is eclectic, but primarily CBT, or TF-CBT. I have also used person centered. I believe in empowering clients to make the best decision for themselves while helping them look at all angles.
