Many times there are messages we have received from people in our lives, stories told about us or stories we tell ourselves, that hold us back from being our best. Traumas cause fear, over-thinking and dissociation, which distance us from our authentic selves. Transitions in our lives can leave us feeling lost, wondering how to move forward and can result in feeling stuck. Anxiety and depression can seem as if they are all powerful over our free will.
I frequently work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, older adults, caregivers, individuals who are in or who have previously been in domestically violent relationships, individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, couples, those struggling with addiction, maintaining recovery and all forms of complex trauma.
I have spent my career connecting with clients to help them gain insight, acceptance and to take action toward becoming their true selves and in working to heal from their traumatic experiences/relationships. I look forward to forming a relationship with you to improve your connection with others and most importantly yourself. I hope to hear from you!
