My name is Christina Webb, LPC, NCC. I am a licensed therapist in the state of Alabama. Among the issues I address in therapy are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, communication, stress, life transitions, and grief.
I am eclectic and pull from a variety of theoretical approaches. I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. I believe in a multi-faceted approach that includes tackling dysfunctional thinking, teaching healthy coping skills and addressing sources of distress.
