I enjoy building an authentic bond and working alongside anyone who is ready to connect with themselves, ready for a challenge, and to grow into the person they desire to be. It’s important to look over the life span, develop radical acceptance, and increase resources to provide healing. I feel it’s highly important to process triggers and reasons for treatment such as: trauma, anxiety, depression, work related stress, substance abuse, relationship conflict, and etc. Once my clients are able to identify the triggers to help to develop resources in order to reduce symptoms.
The healing process starts with the therapeutic relationship and connection. I allow all individuals to process their own thoughts, emotions, fears, worries, stresses, openly and freely without judgement. I help challenge their thought patterns, develop insight on situations, and provide tools to increase peace in their lives.
