My work fosters a safe, gentle and non-judgmental learning environment for all of my clients. In our sessions we can both focus on building up your strengths as well as identify and articulate thoughts and feelings that are blocking you from being more in control of your life. We will also work on learning healthy coping strategies that you can implement.
