I know healing isn't just about “thinking differently.” Trauma lives in the body, in relationships, and in the stories we begin to believe about ourselves after hard things happen. I use approaches such as EMDR, attachment-focused work, and tools for nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and rebuilding safety and trust.
I want the people I work with to feel safe, known, and understood. I believe healing happens when people are given space to be honest without shame. More than anything, I show up as a real person who cares about the people sitting across from me. You don't have to keep carrying it all by yourself.
