I utilize a person-centered approach, meaning it is my job to learn who you are, what you are carrying, and give you the skills to truly see and accept yourself without the performance, judgement, or social expectations. From there, we will utilize evidence-based tools to enable you to develop the identity that you feel aligns with who you truly are.
I aim to provide a safe space where you can be your authentic self without the weight of social norms, roles, and expectations. I will honor your goals and work at your pace every step of the way.
