I have 10+ years providing therapy to youth, adults, families and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, childhood trauma, loss/ grief, relationship violence, unhealthy communication and other negative life events. I am a Salvadorian Mexican American, and I also understand the struggles of feeling like you don’t fit in in either culture.
