Hi, I'm Christina Vargas, but you can refer to me as Christy! I'm a psychotherapist, but you might also call me a self-care/self-love advocate working towards eliminating the stigma of mental illness. I help people who long to feel emotionally safe and secure but are buried under mental obstacles. I guide them to commit to their journey of self-love, so that they can live their full potential and be the best version of themselves that they can be. I know from my own path to wellness and from helping many youth that investing in your mental health is so worth it and that you deserve to be happy.

Being a therapist is my passion. As everyone can benefit from support, I welcome all people who I may come across either in-office or via teletherapy regardless of background. However, my speciality, and a part of my work that I truly love, is engaging youth and families in play therapy/art therapy. Together, we can work as a team to provide support!
