I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating a wide range of experiences, including ADHD, Autism, anxiety, postpartum depression, and the lingering impact of childhood trauma. I often used CBT, DBT and ACT paired with a strengths-based approach. Through the first few sessions, we will explore your current and past stressors that brought you to the therapeutic space. Through CBT and ACT, we can work towards understanding how your thoughts affect your emotions and ultimately life experiences.
I offer my clients a safe and nonjudgmental space to share, where they can find their voice, which ultimately promotes the journey of healing, acceptance, and finding your sense of purpose.
