Hi there, I'm Christina! I am a LCPC from Illinois. I provide therapy to adult clients who are struggling to cope with life changes and notice it’s negatively impacting their mental health. My goal is to equip you with coping skills to better navigate life’s twists and turns. Each client I work with has needs that are unique to them. Therefore, I firmly believe in offering a tailored, client-centered approach.
My approach to goal setting with clients is collaborative. We’ll work together to determine a plan that reflects your concerns, needs, and goals. I firmly believe clients are an expert in their own lives and encourage clients to be an active part of the goal setting process.
During our first session, we will focus on building rapport. I want to get to know you and what brings you in. Clients are more than their presenting concerns, so it’s important for me to get to know you as a whole person. My hope is clients will leave their first session feeling hopeful about therapy and our work together.
