I like to meet my clients where they are at through an empathetic and empowering approach. I have two master's degrees in psychology and am trained in art therapy. I utilize EMDR, CBT, art therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy in sessions with my clients. I take an empathetic, empowering approach that meets you where you are. In session, I draw from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, art, and play therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as you build skills, process experiences, and grow in ways that matter to you.
