I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing many difficult issues such as Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, difficulty adjusting to Life Circumstances, Infidelity, Panic, Poor Communication, Relationship Problems, Self-Harm/Thoughts of Self-Harm, Feelings of Discontent, Unhealthy Patterns of Behavior, and General Unhappiness.
I have training in Systems Theory and Counseling Theory with 14 years experience working as a therapist. I hold current and active licenses as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana, Virginia, and Arkansas and as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Louisiana. I also hold a specialty license as a Technology Assisted Counselor in Arkansas.
