I specialize in working with adults of all ages, including college age adults, in the areas of anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, trauma, & relational issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Method couples therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

I mainly work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relational problems, and adjustment issues. Therapy begins with an assessment session in which information is gathered and we get to know each other. We also identify what you'd like to get out of counseling. Sessions are collaborative and go at your pace. I use humor while also bringing interventions and skills into each session.
