I bring 25 years of counselor experience. I am a Brainspotting Practitioner and consultant. I support indigenous ways of knowing/being. I am licensed counseling supervisor in Alaska (LPC-672) and Washington (LPC-LH61177166). I take insurance.

I believe that everyone can reach an optimum state of health but it is a journey and never just a destination. I believe that the counselor’s role is to assist in the facilitation of personal growth and wellness in each individual client.
