I bring 24 years of orofessional experience. I am certified in Brainspotting and I am a Brainspotting consultant, and have additional formal training in DBT, EMDR Level I and II, and Telemental Health. I am a CAMS-Care clinician. I support multicultural perspectives and indigenous ways of knowing/being.

I believe that everyone can reach an optimum state of health but it is a journey and never just a destination. I believe that the counselor’s role is to assist in the facilitation of personal growth and wellness in each individual client.
