There are so many therapists out there, but you aren’t sure which ones are “good” or “the right fit” for you. I can help! I utilize a strengths based approach and teach skills that clients can use right after session and for years to come. I focus on helping teens and adults learn how to recognize and express their emotions and to incorporate strategies to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), by helping you learn how your own thoughts, beliefs and behaviors can increase or decrease feelings of anxiety or depression. I can help you begin to change your thought patterns and your behaviors in ways that can improve your mood and help you to regain control of your life!
My focus with you is to help you build on your strengths and overcome those limiting beliefs and habits which have interfered with your ability to experience greater satisfaction in your life. You will confidently navigate through life's challenges and be able to set meaningful life goals so you can feel happiness and a sense of hope about the future.
