I believe that every person has the ability to discover and create their most authentic life when given the space and support to do so. Life will inevitably bring challenges but with the right tools and strategies we can develop self awareness and compassion to face and overcome even the most difficult issues, including trauma and childhood wounds. Whether you're facing a relational crisis, anxiety and daily stressors or wanting to heal pain from your past, we will work collaboratively toward the goal you desire.
I work with issues ranging from anxiety and depression, to grief and life transitions. I utilize an integrative mind-body approach that addresses the whole person, including our trauma with modalities such as Internal Family Systems and EMDR. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and teenagers.
My hope is that by discovering yourself and healing wounds, you can find the purpose, meaning and connection to a life you are passionate to live. I look forward to meeting you.
