Do you often feel weighed down by life’s ups and downs that affect all aspects of your life? Together, we will work on strategies to help you learn to manage your reactions so that they don’t interfere with your behavior, attitude, mood, and relationships with others. In addition, we can partner together to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful solutions.

My experiences in schools and non-profits have allowed me to help, guide, and support those who have experienced different types of traumas, such as abuse, divorce/separation, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, aggression, behavior concerns, school issues, grief/loss, and others. I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist with years of experience.

I believe in the therapeutic power of play and see play as a child’s language with which they process life’s struggles. I have worked with clients as young as five years old, adults, and families. I am passionate about helping people through life’s ups and downs and building the skills needed to cope with issues that may be causing problems in their lives.

Then we will discuss a plan to help restore the part of your self that got lost in all these issues. EMDR is the method of therapy that I use to help my clients restore that sense of self.
