My approach is simple, I like to partner with you to help you achieve your desired mental/spiritual wellness. I like to use a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
