Often we become stuck in patterns that do not serve us well in an attempt to cope. This means we lose valuable energy trying to avoid or control pain. I provide tools that allow you to free up your energy and redirect it constructively.
I offer Clinical Hypnotherapy to facilitate the release of toxic emotions and extinguish habits. This work includes age regression so that healing can occur at any developmental stage. This method strengthens internal resources that may be key to recovery. I am Reiki attuned to further promote emotional healing.
