Authenticity requires the inner work of touching the truth of our unique, essential nature and the courage to live that truth in the outer world. I believe in psyche's natural impulse to heal and guide life in a meaningful way, according to our unique purpose. As a team, we will work on reclaiming your personal power from what is frustrating that process, expanding your capacity to hold and understand your personal experience. We will co-create a strong container to hold and work with the feelings, memories and dreams that are most important to you.
Often we become stuck in patterns that are self defeating in an attempt to cope. This means we lose valuable energy trying to avoid or control pain. I provide tools that allow you to free up your energy and redirect it constructively. I can help you understand the meaning of symptoms, patterns and dream material to support natural growth and healing.
I offer Clinical Hypnotherapy to facilitate the release of repressed emotions and unlock transformative understanding of the most stubborn habits. This work includes age regression so that healing can occur at any developmental stage. This method opens awareness of internal resources key to recovery.
