Who cares for the caregiver? You have been where you are for a while and now you are finally ready to make a change for you. Unresolved hurt, doubt, struggles with self worth, imposter syndrome, fighting for everyone but you, feeling stuck, overwhelmed and the list goes on. You need someone to help you process the past that is hindering you from living healed and whole in your present. As a licensed therapist it has been my life’s work to help people just like you. It's time to make you a priority and give yourself space to focus on you. It's your time to grow, process, explore and heal from the inside out.
My work is mostly with millennial, young adult and mature women of color. I specialize in dealing with issues caregiving stress, trauma, parental wounds, self esteem, shame, imposter syndrome, depression and anxiety. My mission is to provide a safe space to care for the one who cares for everyone else.
My life's work is to help people just like you you walk through the process of healing by processing, taking control of the present and learning how to heal. I would love an opportunity to partner with you on your healing journey.
