My work is mostly with millennial, young adult and mature women of color. I specialize in dealing with issues of ambiguous loss, caregiving stress, trauma, parental wounds, self esteem, shame, imposter syndrome, depression and anxiety. My mission is to provide a safe space to care for the one who cares for everyone else.
