I specialize in grief, loss, and life transitions, including hospice and foster care, as well as pet loss and other forms of grief such as suicide loss and traumatic loss. My work is grounded in real connection, helping you gently explore both what you’re going through and the deeper patterns beneath it. You’re welcome exactly as you are here.
My approach is relational, because healing happens through connection. I hold space for what’s happening in your life now and the deeper parts of you that are carrying, protecting, or making sense of your experiences. Influenced by grief-informed, depth-oriented work, we move at your pace—without pressure—while building insight with honesty and curiosity.
There’s no one “right” way to show up to therapy. You can come exactly as you are, and we’ll begin there. Our first session is about getting a feel for working together, understanding what you’re carrying and what support may look like. My goal is to create a steady, human space where you feel understood and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you.
