I have had experience working with individuals, children, families, and various groups. I’ve been trained in various EBP modalities including, TFCBT and MAP. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help my clients alter unwanted behavior patterns. Some of my specialties include Trauma and Post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, family conflict, relationship issues, parenting, crisis management, and many other issues.
