About
At times we all struggle with life changes such as job change or loss, the ending of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, parent-child conflict, or family-marital conflict. These changes can cause feelings of sadness, depression or anxiety. I look forward to working with clients who are seeking help with navigating life's ups and downs.
I have been a clinician for ten years. During this time I have had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages who faced some of life's greatest hurdles. Through a guided conversation we can discover ways to help overcome feelings of depression, anger, or anxiety. Together we can explore strategies for choosing to live life differently.
The process of therapy works best with a client-centered approach guided by respect, and empathy. I work from a holistic, relational perspective. Together, we can navigate the best path of change. Experience with compassion, warmth and collaboration to help you reach your goals.
