I work with individuals who are 16 years of age and older who are struggling to tell their story, those who need someone safe to listen to them, or those who have had a difficult time articulating all their menu of options might contain. I have experience treating clients with childhood and adult trauma and received training in EMDR in 2019 and Internal Family Systems in 2022-present. I am passionate about creating an internal sense of safety within our own bodies/minds and within our family system. I will begin seeing couples July 1, 2026, after training in IFIO (IFS for couples).
I would consider my style mixing being real while being kind and understanding. I tend toward a client centered approach because I think you're the expert on you. I tend to focus on interpersonal processes in the room, internal family systems, and attachment focused work.

I believe therapy is successful when you are comfortable sharing your story with the other human in the room. If we don't trust the person sitting with us, we can't grow to our fullest potential with them there.
