I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 15 years of experience helping individuals build emotional stability, resilience, and empowerment. I work from an Attachment focused perspective. I believe we are built for connection, and how we learn to connect with others at an early age, influences how we see the world and how we function in our adult relationships. I have strong experience in trauma, anxiety/ depression, couples work, substance abuse and serious mental illness.
I am in office Mon Thurs and Fridays, I also offer virtual sessions. Please note, for couples, I only accept self pay and my fee is $200 per session. I am happy to provide a free initial phone consultation to determine whether we could work well together. I work with a wide variety clients 18yrs+.
