Welcome! I understand that starting a therapy journey can feel a bit overwhelming, and finding a therapist that you can connect with and develop trust with can be difficult. I am so excited to introduce myself to you! I'm Christina, A Colorado-based licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience helping people, and I have a passion for this work! I utilize a client-centered approach. I have expertise in multiple theoretical and clinical orientations and specialize in implementing a tailored plan to approach your individualized needs and goals. I am flexible and dedicated to supporting my clients as they find peace, healing.
